In the spring of 2001, Fujifilm Manufacturing made its first foray into the Medical Imaging field when it opened its X-Ray Film finishing facility. This facility produces both Dry and Wet X-Ray film to support a broad range of demands from the market and thanks to FUJIFILM's stringent quality system regulations, we were able to easily adapt to the stringent manufacturing requirements of the Food and Drug Administration. This is Fujifilm Manufacturing's smallest facility, as far as Associates go, with a moderate staff of just under 50 individuals.
